Flash & Paint

Hi,

I have one falsh application, in that i have one button called "Paint". Once the user clicks that button, i want to open Windows Paint Brush(mspaint.exe). How can i do this?

my second requirment is:
i want to place and fix the ms paint with in the flash window.

You cannot control programs on the user's computer in the way you described, imagine the security issues if you could.

Ofcourse, just want to know how to open the mspaint, the security issues is upto the user who is using...

maybe i will think about that next stage

you can achieve this by using fscommand in Flash only if your Flash will run as standalone projector.

You can't load MS Paint within Flash. This will not happen.


Check out http://www.multidmedia.com/ to find out what their package will allow you to do with Flash standalone stuff.
