It doesn't matter if you do all the error checking in the world, or if you have the most beautiful graphics, if your site or application design isn't usable, it's not going to do well. Get input and advice on usability and user interface issues here.
We've built our first web app for free use. At it's most basic, it works like a staff status board or 'in/out' board. It's aimed at small groups where you have 5-20 or more members and need to know the whereabouts and status of each other in an instant.
Future developments will most likely include integration with mobile devices and instant messaging, as well as an API.

The site looks great. It's clear that a lot of time and effort was put into building it. My only concern would be that my employees would be spending more time updating their whereabouts than getting work done
