Would love some usability testing.

It doesn't matter if you do all the error checking in the world, or if you have the most beautiful graphics, if your site or application design isn't usable, it's not going to do well. Get input and advice on usability and user interface issues here.

I have for the most part developed this site to where I can take it by myself but I would love some help with usability and critiquing.

Google Analytics now has a beta feature called in-page analytics, which is basically a heatmap of sorts. Also, use something called www.feng-gui.com. It generates heat maps you can use. (I'm not affiliated to or being paid by Feng-gui!) So you can get an idea about graphical placement.

On navigation, I think it's always better to stick with a navigation pattern that is familiar to the audience. Let's take an example. Where do you want your car dash to be? in the center or right before you? It's simple logic and common sense.

I don't understand what the videos are about. If you can leave an introduction about the video category, that would be great.
