I need your suggestions to improve the site in designing aspects or anything else. I am also checking cross browser compatibility.

All I see is a massive flash banner, and some text links. Nothing else.

Nice site.

The animations are too distracting - should be a lot slower so as not to catch the eye.

Do you really need the URL at the top? They're already there.

"This day in history" isn't really relevant to your visitors.

You need to look at the menus from a usability point of view.

Good site...pls check the site by using a laptop.try to increase the width of background image,or repeat it wisely...

Hi,
the menu should not be of white colour but should be of the same colour as your website theme colour which looks like
dark green colour,theme played very important role in graphics , we should not use different colours ,but to use a
single or say 2 colour theme , it looks best instead of stuffing different colours.
and you should include in the footer as well all the links in the menu, it is good from seo point of view, it is called
internal linking very much liked by Search Engines.
