I know this can be a problem for some people, so i've designed a new website that attempts to make it easier.

The site is developed in PHP, although it's going to be a huge WIP where im going to continue to add new features etc for people to promote there websites!

yes the features which are missing in your website is user interface,
there should be particular logo for your website and a particular theme (Design)
which distinct you from your competitors, and look natural & good looking as well.
A Graphic Designer can make logo and theme for your website .
