I'm new to web development and want to improve my skills ASAP. I'm concentrating on php/mysql but this site didn't require much of that. It's my third web site but criticism of any kind is appreciated

no body background color is set. (don't worry about it tooo much, so many sites don't set a background color it's insane)

looks good to me as well. Clean and concise design. For your third website this is very impressive. Don't think it needs a background-colour.

they often do.. but site's should be aware that it can be changed...

background color never occurred to me so, I'll make the change.
after spending one jillion hours trying to learn everything, it seems like there are still 100 X one jillion more to go.
