Looks pretty good to me. The links (Home, Staff) etc do need tweaking though as they seem sorta hidden/insignificant compared to the rest of it, but i guess you'll get to those ;)

I thought you meant "Frontpage" (ms) not The Front Page. Scared me for a bit. :)

Nice layout however

I agree with markl999, the navigation links should stand out more - perhaps by enlarging the text. Speaking of the size of the text, it seems a little small throughout the page. This could cause problems for people who are visually impaired.

The general layout and colours are good though.

Your site looks great, very attractive indeed. Here's a little picture that I find fairly amusing:

Looks pretty sharp, but
In my opinion:

I'd move the search box and the login boxes beside each other. Having them spread out like that makes the menu look kind of thrown together (for lack of a better phrase - for the most part it looks quite good). I'd also suggest making them a darker colour - closer to the background.

Just curious why you have that second logo under the header. Seems kind of redundant.

Why so many tables? Checking with the DOM inspector, I noticed the top image is it's own table, the second logo is it's own table, and the content pane is it's own table. Any reason why these aren't just cells in a single table?

Please take my views as they are. The one thing I dislike about commenting on sites is the chance that people will become upset by what I say.

Best of luck.
Real programmers don't comment their code. If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.

splendid job Problem.

You hit the border between "fancy, but too fancy"

some people go insane with graphics, and the graphics are awesome but the overall use of them makes it a bad thing.

I like it, good job.

I would change it so people with 800 x 600 res can view it all without scrolling left -> right, but thats just me.

what do you mean feyd?

If your saying people who use 800 by 600 res dont have a quality video card, your wrong. Least in my case, I have a nice ATI all in wonder card but I wouldnt change my res for nothing.
