I don't speak Turkish, but your design is really great. The gray/orange color scheme really works.

Edit: double points for making that seemingly onmouseover nav bar in CSS.

As of right now, (check posting time), it has 20+ html errors, most due to table tag issues. In xhtml, html errors result in css not being valid, so fixing those will probably fix the css compliance.
