Okay, I got really bored and started learning CSS to try and make my pages look better and smaller in file-size. This site has no actual meaning right now, but I would like you to just look it over and tell me what I could do to improve it. The reason I have a search page is because I figure my site might have one in the future. Oh, and I understand the right nav bar looks stupid as it's the same thing as the left one, but since I don't have a meaning for this site yet, I don't know what to make it into.

I like your tabbed menu along the top.
Not sure why the bullet points are hanging over the edge of the container.
Source code looks like a hash of CSS and tables.
