The Suggestions board is not where to post to get suggestions for yourself.

Visually yes, they look good (the flash one didn't work).

Markup-wise.... they are using tables for structure. That's not good. Use XHTML and validate it using the W3 validator if you can (and you definitely can with those designs pretty effectively) ;).

Quick thoughts:

1. Its not valid HTML
2. It overuses flash to an extreme degree - making even the navigation visually 'noisey'
3. The phrasing for the one graphic that remains across multiple pages ("Why you have a website?") should either be a statement ("Its why you have a website!"), or should be rephrased.
4. "Outsource" is a negative phrase these days.. find a different phrasing
5. Turn off flash, and its hard to navigate, and the design is fairly bland.

(cross posting from the other thread so I get notifies on new messages, sorry..)
