Excellent site Everah. Not much I could improve on, even if I wanted to.

Nice design, nice accessibility.

The only (extremely minor) feedback I would give is that if you linerize the page, the banner comes first (the ad banner), and then the title, and then the navigation. It may negatively impact your search engine placement.

Thanks Roja. I was wondering who was going to see that first. :D Yeah, that is going to need some rework. I was also thinking of ditching the banner (but if I can make a few pennies I 'll keep them).

I'm wondering why a site such as this would require ad banners? It makes it look cheap and illegitimate to me.. Surely the couple/few dollars you might make per month can't offset the cost of losing customers who are annoyed that a web developer has advertising on his portfolio. I say get rid of the ads immediately.

And also 'Ah' should be 'Awe,' unless you meant to write Ah.

Other then that it looks ok. The subhead "Projects we support" has a linebreak in it on my screen (safari 1280X1024).. This causes the background to repeat and the text to drop down in to the box area.

peace

I liked the orange better, but this creates a different, less 'cute' look. Still good ;)
Real programmers don't comment their code. If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.

I meant 'Ah'. As in, our solutions will inspire you to the point of kicking back with your feet up to a loud and comfortable 'Ahhhh'.

As far as the 'Projects we support' section, that is on my current live site. I was asking for reviews of my new design at http://www.everah.com/beta/. And as far as the banners go, I was toying with them. I may keep them I might ditch them for something cooler. I am not sure. But I wanted to develop them into the design. I know I can use the space for something else later but I wanted to see what they would look like in the original concept.

Thanks for your feedback. It is appreciated.

I'd also put some left padding (3-5px) on the menu links - so the text isn't so close to the mouseover border.

Yeah, I was deciding which I liked better: Mouseover borders close to the link text or link text that is indented from the header text. I guess I could indent the header text the same as the link text though. Maybe I'll try that.
