It doesn't matter if you do all the error checking in the world, or if you have the most beautiful graphics, if your site or application design isn't usable, it's not going to do well. Get input and advice on usability and user interface issues here.
This may sound pretty insignificant, but I don't really care. I don't like how the > character looks as a delimiter in breadcrumb navigation. It looks tacky... but it does make it clear which direction the breadcrumbs are going... any suggestions? What do you guys use? I noticed this site uses -> which is better...
