In-progress web development site critique

Hey guys!
I'm redesigning my web development site to, hopefully, convince clients to hire me! Anyhow, I have a one-page mock-up I would like comments on before I port it to a WordPress theme. What do you guys think?
A known bug with the site in IE is the off-color rounded corners. They match perfectly in Firefox. I tried copying and pasting the HTML color code directly from my image editing software, but IE still displays the four corner images off-color. Does anyone know why or what a possible solution may be?
I don't have an eye for color, so if anyone thinks a different shade, tint, hue, or whatever of some color would work better, suggest away.

- The Design Itself
- Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict
- Valid CSS (0 warnings, yay!)
- Section 508 Compliant
- WAI Compliant (1 warning: I am not going to add tabindexes to every single link.
)
