Suggestion for our first project since 3rd year college

It doesn't matter if you do all the error checking in the world, or if you have the most beautiful graphics, if your site or application design isn't usable, it's not going to do well. Get input and advice on usability and user interface issues here.

this site is for our college institute, and it was developed when i together with my team mates when we are the representative for national web development competition in the philippines, and we won the 1st runner up.

until now it was running, but soon we upgrade the site.

your suggestion is highly appreciated..
