please review my FREEBIE site

Post by alpha »

Hey,

Ive just changed my site...used a new template. Got alot of feedback last time about the site looking unprofessional due to the dark colour. Any suggestions for my new design or the site in general.

Thanks

These are only one person's reactions. I'm not keen on the peach color, but that's just a personal preference. The one thing I find a bit troubling is the vertical spacing; while it does give an "open" appearance and makes it easy to read, it also forces vertical scrolling, which I personally find annoying. If it were my site, I'd tighten up the vertical spacing considerably and even try to get the "free gifts" thumbnails to all (or nearly all) appear on the page when you open it in an 800x600 browser screen. Other than that, it looks fine to me.

It's nice and simple. I would change the font though.
