It does not valid to W3C standards.
You are using images too much, if you want google to index your site, you should use text more. i.e for the navigation, for the list on the right side.

The navigation and list on the right are still images?

Which part did you change?

The list on the right is now text, but cant do any thing about the navigation, the buttons are image with text inlays.
Ive changed the images to text on the rest of the pages

The list on the right is much better as text, there is no need for it to be an image.
The navigation you could do as text, with a background image that is 1px wide but repeated, it will be much more efficient and SEO friendly.

I hate to say it, but it looks like you're using Dream Weaver, or a similar WYSIWYG software. If you want to improve efficiency, and make your website a) more professional and b) faster (by far) you're going to need to ditch the software, and write some code!
Page loading is flickery, the styles are inconsistent. Break your CSS into an external file, remove the javascript, clean up your styles and give them usable names "colRight" etc. Make sure your patterns are small, and that images are correctly sized and compressed. GET RID of any marquee objects!!!!
Good Luck!
