Check it cross-browser. It looks slightly odd in FF3 Windows.

Looks odd in FF3 period (I'm on a Mac).
- Take the arrows out of the menu. You've got them looking like buttons - there's no need to demark the individual items with the arrows
- Clean up the padding in the navigation - make sure the text is away from the left edge.
- For that matter, make sure the text is centered somewhat - make it equidistant from the top, left, and bottom edges of the navigation.
- Make the navigation equally spaced out - get rid of that whitespace above & below the Cart item, and between Art Prints and About Fat Buddha. I realize now you put that spacing in there to delineate the separate sections of the navigation, but I didn't realize that initially & it looked amateurish.
- I'd recommend getting rid of the darker, thicker border on the bottom & right sides of elements. I don't think it really fits.
- Don't lie in your product photos. I just saw the "Oink", "Pastel Rose", and "Salmon" pictures rotate in. I'm not in the paint company, but I know if you spray three times on a white background, you're not going to get exactly the same spray & drip pattern each time. Show the user the actual product rather than your Photoshop skills (sorry - bit of a pet peeve there)
- Make you're whitespace equal. For example, the space between the header & the "SALE" picture should be the same as between the "SALE" picture and the navigation
- Set the font for your dropdowns on the top. On my browser it defaults to Lucida Grande & looks out of place with the Verdana on the rest of the page.
- More left padding in your header.
- Perhaps a smaller (vertically) header?
- I won't mention the alignment/placement issues of your login box in FF3 - you'll see them once you check
- You can get rid of the labels for your login form. For the textfields, what the user is supposed to put in the boxes is pretty evident by the text you've already put in the boxes. The label for the ENTER button is completely superfluous as well - move the label text into the button itself.
- Make the "Signup" and "Lost password" links look like links & not buttons.
- Why, oh why are you using Javascript to rotate the background image for all your little icons on the bottom? CSS does this beautifully & can be done so there's no delay if you use Sprites: http://www.alistapart.com/articles/sprites/
- Well done on the XHTML/CSS validation
- I like the colours & gradients. They fit well together & aren't overpowering. More importantly they don't look like you just discovered gradients & want the world to know how cool they are.

Your product pictures feels a bit heavy.
