Its not bad. But it is too picture heavy and in some places it is not needed. This will cause bad indexing with google.
It does not valid to W3C standards. You are not far off, just a dozen or so errors and at a glance most of them see quick fixes.
Your home page is too long, users will not read all that, I suggest breaking the information up into separate sections.

It feels a bit 90's.
If you want to have that flash, I think you should incorporate it more in the design. Now it looks like an add.
Get rid of your tables and style div tags instead.
Toronto Laser &
Plastic Surgery
Have it on the same row.
Remove the white shadow on the welcome image and use less effects on the "The Baywood clinic logo".
I also agree with what Jao is saying. The page is too long.
I would never have a visitor count on a proffesional site also. And remove the w3c logo.
Keep it clean and simple.
I would also put the Home link on the top of the navigation menu and all contact info etc as far down as possible. Look at different corporate sites in the same business and get inspiritaion.

If you are feeling uninspired about your design, look at some templates for joomla, drupal or the templates one can buy online - I'm not saying to use it, but those designs are usually really good. Very picture heavy too, but you can leave some bits out and take bits of ideas from different ones.
