I really doubt they exist unless you're willing to pay for the support... I certainly don't believe it has anything to do with the OS the server is running

While practicing, for me, not so much as long as I could see what was going on. But the impression I got from the OP is that the server admins would fix whatever hole your code made exploitable, so it would be working the server more than the code. I think.

You know, I almost look at this as an awesome stand for Open Source components by some key forum regulars. And it was done with taste and class. No where will anyone find a board like this.
