Actually it's pretty simple: As long as there is someone willing to work for that rate, don't expect the other side to pay more..

Two years ago 60%, then 31% recently. Still not earning enough to buy my own pub though.. oh well.. shall keep working untill the dream comes true :D

I don't normally look for pay rises since right now I'm mainly trying to keep funding until I can get my site up.

Whenever I do a project I normally charge by contract over the whole project. I normally charge $500 Canadian for a typical dynamic website. Most of that goes to my Graphics Specialist though. He does all the artwork for clients site so I don't get much :cry:

I normally only make $20 / hour which is low but its all I need. My pay has never gone higher or lower than that really.
