Hey,
I don't really know if this is the right forum for this but I think it's so that's why i'm writing it here.
I'm going to make a customer / administrator system and i've got these suggestions for it:
Custommers:
They can register on the site and they can look on what products and stuff that we sell, and then they buy them. When they click buy all their user information and information about the product gets inserted to a mysql table.
If the administrator accepts that the person can buy the product the custommer gets some kind of status rapport, with all information about that administrator that accepted the buying, And a checklist with more which says what is done on their products and what is not etc etc
It's also like some kind of Private message system where custommers can ask questions to the administrator that is creating their product.

Administrators:
They have an order page where they can see everything that people want to buym they can accept payments and then some stuff happens:
A mysql databas creates with the custommers first name, and a folder in their ftp creates with their first name.
They have a status rapport and a checklist sheet where they can fill in what they have done etc etc.
They can see if they got any unread messages and answer to them etc.

I've got basicly something like this is mind so every new custommer gets a mysql database and a folder so all scripts won't get messy.
And so the custommer can see what the administrator is doing and the administrator can add status rapports so the custommer knows what has developed on his/her site.

So what do you think about this? Should I add / take away any features?
Thanks,
David
