EMERGENCY Licensing Advice

I need to label my source code immediately with a license. Here are the guidelines:

1. Commercial distribution requires written consent by myself.
2. The license must be proven to have strong legal footing.

I dont want to be caught with my pants around my ankles getting 20% of the profit when distributing this sourcecode by my company [which I don't even have legal connection to].

Thank you!

Just by the sound of 2. you may want to seek a strong license contract or even speak to a lawyer.

As always, I gotta say, talk to a lawyer.

Off the hip, I'd say: dual license. GPL for non-commercial. Private license for commercial (to be drawn up by a lawyer in some fashion or at some level)
