Storage/Sharing of Client Access Information

Being a web designer, I'm constantly trying to keep track of client information such as server urls, email's passwords for their various services. Right now i'm simply just organizing our host's welcome e-mail and referencing it whenever i need to.

I've been looking for an (web)app (or possibly the urge to write my own) that will assist in keeping all this data one one central, easy to backup, easy to share (i'm not the only one who needs access to this data) area.

If anyone has any ideas, or examples of how they deal with client account information I would be in your debt.

Thanks,
Nick!

I'm in a similar situation. I'm considering a MySQL database of clients and some form of interface (be it desktop or web app). Its just I haven't the time to actually design and impliment such an application.

If you find one, let me know!

Just use a spread sheet and be done with it.

We use a forum where I work. When the initial site is set up we make a thread where the first post details the FTP login details, database info, etc. Then when major updates occur we just add a post to the thread. Well, we're supposed to. We do when we remember. :)

Google spreadsheets...I seen a demo on CFH (TechTV)...it's looking pretty cool and makes collaboration pretty awesome too :)
