[Resource] Employer Ratings for Coders, by Coders

I recently started an independent, non-commercial site featuring employer ratings by software developers. I thought that this would be useful to PHP developers hunting for a good place the work. The site is:

The idea is that you can see what the employees of a company actually think of working there, or even write a review of your own employer. As more ratings are filed, it will be interesting to see which employers show up as "best" and "worst". Many of the ratings that are posted are, well, illuminating. Here's an example:

Anyway, please let me know if you have any suggestions for improvements!The web development department was run like an elementary school class to the point that the other developers and I referred to it as "Kindergarten". This was also due to the manager's penchant for marking up our code with a red pen and verbal scoldings. At one point I was actually made to change cubicles for "talking to a coworker during work hours", man I wish that was a joke.
