Need php coder for Pligg CMS Software

Hi, My name is Jeff. I am a fan of digg.com style websites and I'm wondering how much it would cost to build a basic site using the Pligg open source software. I'm not a coder but I do enjoy the Marketing and building traffic side of the World Wide Web. I have yet to come up with a name to the website. Basic customisation of the CMS plus some graphics.
A collaboratively created social network created by users
of the collaborative social news phenomenon: digg.com

“Many of us on digg.com think MySpace is a blight on the face of the internet. It's no better than Geocities was 7 years ago. At the very least, it could be done better, and probably much more quickly, at little to no out of pocket expense. I really think it's ridiculous that Facebook has turned down offers in excess of $1b.
I proposed we to create a social network to rival both sites, using freely available collaboration tools and open source web application infrastructure (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP).
This will be a democratic collaboration with a few guidelines (subject to change based on user input):
• Designers/Developers/Beta Testers will be able to suggest and vote on features.
• Developers and designers whose contributions are accepted into the development or design team will have a share in the profitability of the project determined by a process we will decide upon later.
• Advertising will be minimal on the final product, if it's present at all. There are ways to live without banner ads.
The rest is up to everyone involved.”

The Website's idea is based around users summiting local music events and 'digging ' them if they like it. Pligg CMS System would be needed to be customised and have integrated forum to build the community aspects of things. I do have hosting places organised. My email is sicka.rox@gmail.com if you guys can help me out. If you have any solutions please get in contact with me.

Thanks for your time,
Jeff
