Well, me and another guy started a gaming company called Solemn Interactive. Our first/flagship project is a rpg that is till in beta testing. However, the activeness and community seem to tell us that we will have an active and enthusiastic base.
our biggest problem right now is the amount of work compared to the one(and one half(i count as 1/2 a programmer)) programmers. Any advice or suggestions to get us up and running. Criticism and true opinions are welcome.

Prioritize.
Make a todo list and see which items that are not vital for the business to run. Make sure you have a business plan and prioritze what can give you revenue. And in time fix all other bugs and features you have in store for the game.
Though when starting a project with almost no budget time is what is free and you might want to make sure you have an awesome product before launch otherwise it can backfire.
