Hello,
I could create the thumbnails in my site, but I want to
show the size & dimmension of the thumbnail as the part of the thumbnail image
like in imageshack.us. Can anyone help me?thanking You

Which part of this are you having difficulty with?

I had 20 minutes spare so I've written a script based on my thumbnail class that does this sort of thing..
