appRain released their new Open Source Content Management framework. It is a combination of CMS and Framework to improve the working quality with smooth development.
appRain is one of the first officially released Opensource Content Management Framework (CMF). CMF is a new web engineering concept where "CMS (Content Management System)" and "Framework" perform together to produce endless varieties of output in a very limited time.

So, Basically question is "Is that perfect for all kind of web development"?

Tutorial is in cheesy 200px x 200pxflash file. Refuse to read :-( Why can't you just give it in .html like the other 500 competing frameworks do?

I can't seem to navigate beyond the front page - all of the tabs seem to take me to ... the front page. Is this a temporary problem, or is the website incomplete as yet?
