Release Date
Still on target for the release today for v4?
Looking foward to this release. Our mailing list system used v3 and we have not had a single problem!
Keep up the good work man!

Re: Release Date
What would be the point of a deadline if I don't overrun it?
I'm gutted that I haven't gotten it out there today but it will be in the next couple of days (hopefully tomorrow). The code is at a standstill... it's the website that's holding things up. You'll see what I mean when you visit swiftmailer.org after it's done

Re: Release Date
Sorry for the double post, but would it be ok to start development with the beta version? Will the RTM final build be a drop in replacement for the beta? Or should I hold off?
Thanks Chris!

Re: Release Date
The RC (1) that's there at the moment is what's going to be the final, except for a couple of things:
1. The autoloader breaks horrifically in Zend Framework (since ZF's autoloader is too greedy)
2. There's no POP Before SMTP authentication
Number (1) has been fixed in the repository. Number (2) probably won't be there in 4.0.0 (perhaps 4.0.1).
The website is nearly done. I should have just built it in a framework I'm familiar with but I've been doing it in Zend Framework as a learning experience: http://github.com/swiftmailer/swiftmail ... ree/master
Just tying up the odds and ends on the front-end side of things. I'll have a bunch of rounded corners/transparent PNG fixes to make for IE too.
