firefox 3.5.2 problems

Post by s.dot »

I just got a new lappy and I don't think that's the problem because every other browser works fine.

But, I use the post-redirect-get pattern a lot. Sometimes I don't use the 'get' part and I have the middle processing script redirect to the same page I came from.

Firefox is not updating the page when I return to it (after action has been done in the middle processing script). Refreshing the page doesn't solve the problem either. I have to close my browser and re-open it to get the 'new' page.

Anyone experience the same problem/know how to solve it?

Edit| And it seems dynamic pages are not updating like they should as well... it almost seems like a cache problem but it works fine in every other browser.
Set Search Time - A google chrome extension. When you search only results from the past year (or set time period) are displayed. Helps tremendously when using new technologies to avoid outdated results.
