Recommendations on an Issue Ticketing System (PHP-based)

I'm writing a functional spec for a startup and need to include a recommended ticketing system to be hooked in with the LAMP-based website on the "Support" menu in the main navigation.
They need to download, install, slightly retheme (just barely -- mostly banner and colors) an issue ticketing system for their product. It needs to be LAMP-based, downloadable, and installable, not a subscription service. It needs to be easy to use for someone with an advertising background. The client is willing to pay for the product with a one-time fee, although getting it for free would be nice too. The complexity of a free package like Request Tracker (RT) is not really desirable. It needs to be simpler than that, geared for the kind of person who isn't a developer or technician, but an average user. In this case, it's someone in the advertising industry.
I'm needing to also see some screenshots.
