Hey,
I'm use free hosting at http://myplus.org , support: MySQL & PHP, FTP account, File Manager, FREE Script Installer, cPanel Vista
I'm trying to backup my MySQL database.
I've tried logging into phpMyAdmin from the cPanel but it doesn't seem to work.
However, when I access my website normally, the content of the database is displayed correctly.
I do not know how to backup my DB without phpMyAdmin.
Is there a way to do it? Or is there a way to just fix phpMyAdmin?

Well, they have a support forum, and your question would probably be better served on that forum. Go to their home page (the link in your post) and click on the "SUPPORT" tab at the top of the page. There are a number of resources on that page, which is the actual host, that will help you more than a php support forum can.

You can back up your database without php admin - just as you an import using the SOURCE command - there are many ways to do this you need to consult your mySQL manual for your mySQL version on how to backup / export your database.

Re: Help: phpMyAdmin Not Working
There are many things that can cause phpmyadmin not to work, and fixing it usually requires looking at the setup on the server. In most cases when access is from a Cpanel, it is the administrator who will have to fix it. There is a "Live Help" button on that site; have you tried that? If they are offline you can leave a message.thanks, but forum not working .pleas help me !
But, knowing that you access from Cpanel and it isn't working, no one here is going to be able to fix it for you. It's going to require the people who work at the hosting company.
Free hosting is worth what you pay for it, in that when you need help you often don't get any help. If you host at a place like BlueFur for about $5/month there is a staff to help you out when you have a problem. When you're on a free host you have to rely on volunteers, if there is any provision for help at all.
