Cheapest .com Domain
What is the cheapest .com domain name provider that you know of?
Re: Cheapest .com Domain
Depends on your location (prices are different in the UK, or were 3 years ago when I had my own site, alas no longer cos my package was very expensive)
There are some comparison sites though such as:
http://www.domain-price-wars.com/
http://www.domparison.com/domain-name-price-comparison/
Or package sites like:

If you are going to get hosting as well, often times they'll throw in or severely discount a domain name. Be sure to check that out as well.Gadgetmo wrote:What is the cheapest .com domain name provider that you know of?

I live in the UK.

When I last brought a domain .co.uk was cheaper than .com (3years ago mind, and the exchange rate was way better)Gadgetmo wrote:I live in the UK.
I ended up with nominet, for .uk domains. http://www.nominet.org.uk/
And I was hosted by netbenefit http://www.netbenefit.com/
This was expensive mind you and I didnt choose these myself but I never had a problem with them.
Some advice though, when you buy your dom. name and hosting, make sure you have all the additions you need, some of the sites charge for add-ons for frontpage etc, and for flash hosting and all that. So read the small print before you buy
