Ladies & Gentlemen

I am a new programmer and I am looking to learn PHP & MYSQL

I want to build a website from 0 to the end using php

I have windows xp operating system

how should I start in developing a dynamic website unsign php & mysql?

what features and components should I download?

how would I deal with these features?

any help please

First things first, have you installed a program to allow you to test php on your local machine? Or have access to a server via ftp to test your php on?
