How to protect web owner form web master

How to protect web owner form web master

You never know if your web master is going to damage your web someday. Want to know is there a solution to protect web owner if web master go crazy? For example, web master wants more money but you disagree.

I believe you can sue him for all damages, if he intentionally does something to your website or business.
Also you should change all passwords, after your current webmaster is laid off.
