Nah, just order the tickets to get sent to your home (PO Box works even better) and select "Bill Me" if you can and have it sent to your place of work. But ATTN: marketing or something so your boss won't find it until you've already shown the tickets to HR and gotten a company credit card approved for you for additional expenses.

If you freelance: even easier. Just mark it as a mandatory training exercise and bill it evenly distributed over the next couple of months. Your client probably won't even notice. :)

"Dear Mr. Smith,
we took a look at your project and we feel we can compete it quickly for $1200.00. Unfortunatley we're also going to have to take a cruise to learn some more which brings the total to $4000.00. Thank you for your business. "

:D lol

You don't work for the government and IBM without picking up some serious bulls**ting skills. Run some press releases through Bullfighter sometime.

I find the best phrase I can use at work when the boss is getting on me to finish something is the tride and true "multidimentional associative array" to us its no biggie but to the lay man, its a dooooosie

say that to your boss and you'll have the afternoon free... "holy smurf, that guy's doing something important!" lol
