I don't know where you did your business degree but they seem to teach a novel approach to marketing: spam potential customers and then chastise them when they complain.

Breathtaking.

surely if any of us were after an IP=>country doodar we'd google for one.

or are you just spending all your time spamming forums rather than getting a reasonable search engine placing?

Personally, I am confused as to why a self-professed non-spammer would spam our boards, and then claim to not be spamming us because he is not charging money for his stuff.

JPlush76: Milton rocks.

Hmm...anyone think that Trogdor the Burninator could beat a spammer? Hey, that could work as a movie. Burninator vs. Spaminator. Kind of catchy, isn't it?

Yeah I got a pm from the company too. I feel a little bit guilty since it was me who tried to put the wind up him by asking him how he'd like it if we emailed his boss to complain - somebody did.

He sounded young and inexperienced and, provided that he was prepared to learn from the experience, I'd have been happier if he'd just got a severe rap across the knuckles.

or perhaps he just sent you an email pretending to be the boss so you wouldn't REALLY send an email to his REAL boss

internet treachery lies at every turn! lol

Or maybe they're both the same person, and he just successfully advertised to a few hundred programmers, guilt free?
