Good Canadian Debian mirros/sources

Post by alex.barylski »

I have always gone with yorku.ca or similar university sounding mirrors. ucalgary.ca, etc.

I think this was a mistake, I just switched to peer1 and iWeb and they download packages waaay faster. When I ping'ed the aboved mirrors I was getting like 8-12% packet loss to boot.

Just a general discussion on which Canadian/American sources you find fast and reliable...

Cheers,
Alex

I've always had pretty good luck with indiana.edu, as well as mirrors in Wisconsin.
