Call monitoring ticket tracking system

Hi,

We are planning to do a computer service center automation system.

We need to track all customers calls (tickets) in a system upto the completion of request. Finally we need to get engineer wise performance...

Is there any opensource project available for this process. Since we dont want to start from 1st. If there is any same system available in php. ?

I have searched in sourceforge but, I couldn't get the same type of system

Any body seen the same system in opensource ?

There are lots of PHP Open Source issue tracker systems ... but I'm guessing from your comments you need a special requirement? If you tell us what this is we can help better!

We are working on a completely flexible one at the moment but it's still early days ... http://elastik.sourceforge.net/
