Yeehah!

My internet connection died on Saturday night - just got it fixed after hours on the support hotline and finally a full reinstall of windoze.

With no internet access I was really climbing the walls 8O. It really brought it home how much I depend on being online - like being struck deaf dumb and blind.

FYI, I was quite impressed with the UK Virgin support staff - no problems getting through and one guy kept at it till after midnight.

Welcome back to the `Real World`! Could have been worse...
The Matrix could have taken you to a place where your world was an IBM 3270 CICS terminal session!

I know the feeling. I have a copy of the Internet burned onto a cd, just in case... Yes, it's a big cd.

[Sidenote: I'm lying. But it sure would be nice.]
