My internet connection died on Saturday night - just got it fixed after hours on the support hotline and finally a full reinstall of windoze.
With no internet access I was really climbing the walls
. It really brought it home how much I depend on being online - like being struck deaf dumb and blind.
FYI, I was quite impressed with the UK Virgin support staff - no problems getting through and one guy kept at it till after midnight.
