support ticket suggestion

Post by yacahuma »

hello,

I need to start using a support ticket system. So far the one that looks promising is osticket. I want something simple and for the most part "non-hackable". It seems that open source project like this one are a big target for hackers. Of course, PHP-mysql based.

Thank you

I've heard good things about Trac (http://trac.edgewall.org/), haven't had the use yet to install it and really set it up, but was reading how it sets up nicely with subversion.

They have a demo section to try it out.

We use kayako http://www.google.pl/url?sa=t&source=we ... iQ&cad=rja

It is not expensive, it is safe and stable.
