My onboard GPU is:
ATA Radeon HD 4200

Or, my old dedicated graphics card I bought a few years ago?
HIS HD2600XT

Since they're not crossfire compatible I have to choose one or the other and I'm not too experienced in the graphics area.

The motherboard you indicated in
your other post doesn't have an AGP slot, so I guess you're left with the on-board video.

Nice eye.

Very sorry. It is PCIe.

Edited original post as well.
And yes, that is the motherboard I am using. Loving it so far!

I'd just download some testing software with each card installed & see which card gets higher benchmarks.

Well I installed the HD2600XT card.
My windows experience index went from 3.9 to 5.8 for windows aero graphics and from 4.1 to 6.8 for 3d gaming graphics
Think it's pretty clear that card is way better than the HD 4200 onboard graphics
I am pleased!
I tried all kinds of research for a hybrid crossfire configuration but couldn't find anything for these two cards. Also, there's no option for crossfire in the ATI catalyst control center. But, being as I'm not a gamer, I think i'm pretty set!
