Should I contact them or wait...?

Had an interview yesterday morning, the conversation ended on package discussion. I was given a general overview of the salary and told that HR will send me the package details through email. The interviewer said that he is happy and told me that he will arrange a second interview. I waited for 2 days but no details or communication from them at all. Should I email the interviewer and remind him about the package details, or wait for now, and when would be best to contact them? He was happy for me to contact him if I have any questions in the meantime. Thanks

Personally I think if they're that interested in you then they'll get back to you on their own. "Reminding" them to do their job (if they really are interested) doesn't look good on your part -- or their part.
I will add that I've never had anyone call me in for a second interview or ask me to come back again. Either I got a job offer within the next 2-3 days or I never heard back from them.

In every interview I've ever had, I've always sent an email to them after a day or two just to thank them for considering me. It is a good way to get your name to stand out, and possibly remind them why they are a good candidate.
In no way shape or form should you dictate the process or time line. If they want you, they will get you (or at least try to).
