Ye' old general discussion board. Basically, for everything that isn't covered elsewhere. Come here to shoot the breeze, shoot your mouth off, or whatever suits your fancy. This forum is not for asking programming related questions.
Under the International Electronic Framework & Transfer Bill from 2001, Article 17b, §3, international transfers are to be free of charge.
I do get a whiff of an impression that your company is trying to charge for services and costs not incurred or rendered. That would be a very unfavourable impression indeed.
I see I'm obviously dealing with my international law inferior... if you look at subset 4 - 5.3 you'll clearly see that the free transfer fee is null and void on default folders. Because of their high rate of default these are treated as taxable goods.
Right. The deal is off and I am afraid to inform you that your hostile and insulting demeanour will be reported to the Customer Complaints Commission (CCC).
If I remember correctly, the last company had to file for bankruptcy after being ordered by the CCC to pay US$7.4 billion for mispelling a customer's name.
I am sure the attorney general will find this very interesting. Or was it the surgeon general? Well, I am sure my legal department will sort out this mess.
May I point out that all material posted on this forum is the copyright of phpdn and it is our stated policy to profit from this wherever possible. Should either of your legal advisors require documentary proof of your dispute on this board, the text will be offered to the highest bidder. On eBay.

You obviously are not aware of OS Newletter #5271, Page 12, §10:
"Open Source will be renamed to Open Wallet and shall be called thus henceforth as of publication in OS Newletter #5271."
Well, you see, someone has to pay the bill of my legal department. Can't be me, so I started patenting smilies. I get 0.1p (here in the UK we have a different currency) for each smilie used on the internet.
holy <span style='color:blue' title='I'm naughty, are you naughty?'>smurf</span>, I can't believe someone bought wind for $123.00????
