Well, first I would like to say hello!
Okay, so basically I am working on a website like imageshack, so i looked through their T.O.S, and I modified it a little to use on my website, but my question is, is my T.O.S too similar to Imageshacks?
mine: http://imagez.realservers.info/ToS.php
imageshacks: http://imageshack.us/content.php?page=rules
oh and another question, if I'm not a business do i still need the ToS?
I was told I do but I just wanted to check

Re: Websites T.O.S?
Terms of service (if this is what t.o.s stands for in this context) is helpful because it tells users how to use your system / site to receive optimal results. If you don't add it and something happens to their data / accounts etc you might be held liable (or something). Certain things are common sense like don't give your account details to others, but it helps if you let people know this before hand so they can't come back later an claim "I didn't know i wasn't supposed to do that".Forb wrote:if I'm not a business do i still need the ToS?
