After listening to many of them I think more lines might be better. ;)

Yes, of course. Though some of them are much better than some songs I've heard ;)

Perhaps if you could run 2 or more of them at different sample rates and then mux them together. So you could have a rhythm algorithm and a melody algorithm it would sound less chaotic.
