You need to find something easy to remember and indicative of your business; if you can get it down to say 10 - 15 characters that might help too. If i had to pick i would put cmweb at the top of the list, maybe add design to the end

I would support what social_experiment said, adding that while your name or initials are convenient for YOU to remember, they may not be for others. You aren't choosing a domain name to please YOU, but to make it easy for your customers and prospects to remember and recognize. Also, be aware that domain names are case insensitive, so you can capitalize (or not) whatever you want. The same is not true of complete URLs, but it is for the domain name itself.

WebLander is cool but it is already taken. It has a problem too: it could be read as WeBlander

What you're doing is trying to sell you, so the domain name should reflect that. You should also avoid anything gimmicky (like cmlcreates4u) as it sounds unprofessional. The domain name itself is potential to advertise and build your brand. Putting "web" in the domain is wasted space as it is so ubiquitous it doesn't mean anything anymore.
Of the list there, the only 2 I would consider is landerdesign.com (drop the s) and landerstudio.com.
Personally, I wouldn't mix case at all, leave it lower case. Aesthetically I don't think it looks as nice, and a lot (most?) people don't realize case doesn't matter, so they'll take the time to make sure the case is correct - making typing in your domain just a little more of an inconvenience.
Also, I think you meant "advice", not "advise".

Real programmers don't comment their code. If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.

You don't need to worry about case in domain names, they are case-insensitive.

If you can purchase all the domain names, have them all redirect to a single site CMLanderisrich.com ... hehe
