Win8 Skype for Desktop: how do you stop auto sign in?

Each time I wake my laptop, or even boot up, it auto signs in. I am using Skype for Windows Desktop. I can't see anything that makes it sign in automatically, and seems an odd security issue.

How do you disable this?

Also - for those Skype experts here, on the "old" MSN you could drag a picture to the screen and 'share' it. So the recipient didn't have to Save As, but could just see it. We use to do that as I spell checked images and gave my views, and never had to save it.

Is this now not possibly in Skype, or is there something, an update, a Plugin etc that allows it?

Thanks
Simon

dont know about msn but you can stop auto signing in by logging out from your account and then unmark the auto sign in option..
that will do it

Agree with clark.. either logout & unmark auto sign in or completely remove and then reinstall skype.

It is strange that you cannot see any auto sign in option on your skype because it has to have a box that you can check and uncheck in order to signin automatically or not when you turn on your system.

Sorry I did get this resolved in the end. It was partly down to thje version used. I use the Desktop version. Don't like the Win 8 Setup at all when it comes down to taking over the PC. But thanks for your response.

There should be an option of remember login info, you should just uncheck that box and you should get rid of the problem.
