How do I stop each video starting with "Play All"?

We have uploaded a video to an account.
And for some reason it has play and "Play All" below it.
If you hit play it then plays it, and then goes to the next one. WE have no "playlists" installed.
So why does it do it, and how do we stop it?

Is this an embedded video or from a service like youtube? It would help to see your HTML code for the video.

Apologies. I gave no info here at all.
It's a YouTube video. Not been given the HTML, as even if we view the video in our YouTube account, it shows in a "playlist" inside a grey box, with all the other 400+ videos in the account, queued up.
In the account tho, there are no playlists.
So a) how is it now doing this without our control
b) how we at least take this video out of that playlist (that doesn't exist).

I don't know what you're trying to do. Normal practice is to embed youtube with an iframe. User plays the video and it stops when complete.
